Lauren Durso offers consulting and experiential sessions for youth to adults with private in-home, in-office, or class settings. She has a proven track record of helping clients reduce stress, improve sleep, focus more clearly, and feel overall better physically and mentally. Lauren teaches mindfulness and meditation in the co-working space we work in and I have been taking classes with her for almost a year now.
